The form collects the project description, service choice, stage, timing, budget range and business contact details so DSDillon Group can review and respond.
What happens to the information.
Accepted enquiries are stored in a restricted server directory outside the public website. A notification is sent through DSDillon mail to info@dsdillon.com, which routes to the business owner. Authorised enquiry handling and technical administration may access those records. Hosting and mail infrastructure process the information needed to provide these services.
Please leave passwords, payment details, identity documents and private customer records out of the public form. An appropriate transfer method can be agreed if sensitive information becomes necessary for an engagement.
Optional website measurement.
The website offers a choice about first-party measurement in DSDillon Go. When allowed, page visits, broad source information, device details, engagement and selected button events may be recorded. Site-specific cookies help distinguish visits. Approximate network-derived location may also be recorded; the website does not request precise GPS location. Names, email addresses, messages and other enquiry values are excluded from these analytics. Cross-site identity matching is disabled for this integration.
This integration respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Optional measurement can be changed through Analytics choices in the footer. Security logs and abuse prevention can still be needed to operate the website.
Tools, sharing and installation.
Studio Desk inputs stay in the browser. A downloaded brief or visual direction is saved on your device. Choosing a service in the brief builder passes that service to the contact page; it does not send your written brief.
When measurement is allowed, sharing can add a random attribution token to a link. Sharing also works without analytics. WhatsApp, email and social services have their own terms. The installable website caches only selected public static assets and an offline notice. It does not cache enquiry responses or account requests.
Retention and requests.
Enquiry records are retained as needed to respond, administer an engagement and meet applicable obligations. Retention is managed by the business owner. Contact DSDillon Group about access, correction or deletion; records required for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
