FROM THE FIRST QUESTION TO THE HANDOVER.

Good work needs
a workable process.

A clear brief, useful feedback and decisions made by the right people. Here is how we approach the work.

01

Understand the business.

We discuss the offer, customer, current material and the issue to solve. Bring the facts, questions and examples that will help us understand the situation. Tell us about deadlines and decisions already made.

The next step is an agreed scope: deliverables, responsibilities, access, costs and review rounds. A project begins when the necessary approvals and arrangements are in place.

02

Develop a considered direction.

Research and the brief guide the writing and design. We work through the important choices and present the reasoning with the concept. You can judge how the direction fits the customer and the business.

Give feedback through one agreed decision-maker. Describe what needs to change and why. Facts and service claims are checked by the responsible business representative.

03

Bring it into everyday use.

The selected direction is developed into the applications named in the proposal. That might include identity files, a company profile, business templates or a custom website. Specialist production and third-party services are included only when agreed.

We review practical use: reading on a phone, choosing the right logo file, following a page link or sending an enquiry. Changes outside the scope are discussed before extra work begins.

04

Hand over and review.

The handover identifies the completed work, relevant files, access and maintenance responsibilities. Your team should know what to use and where to keep the approved versions.

Website tests and early customer feedback can guide follow-up fixes. Ongoing support, new content and additional production can be scoped separately. Any claim about traffic or business results needs its own measurement period.

Bring the question.

Tell us what the business needs. We will work through the next step with you.
