06 / A HOME FOR THE BRAND

A website people can understand and use.

Give the identity a working home, with thoughtful pages, useful answers and a clear way to begin a conversation.

Discuss custom websites

Plan the pages around real questions.

We begin with the offer, intended customer and action that matters to the business. A visitor comparing service providers may need examples, scope, preparation and cost information before making contact. Each important page should earn its place in that decision.

An existing site brings useful evidence: the content, common enquiries, current addresses and authorised performance records. We review those before agreeing which pages to retain, combine or develop.

Give the brand room to be itself.

The visual direction comes from your identity and the way the business should present its work. Typography, colour, layout and movement are developed together. Your content needs to remain readable on a phone and usable with a keyboard.

Interactive features are chosen for a reason. A service finder, project filter or brief builder can help a visitor prepare. We explain what each tool does and avoid presenting a simple calculator or checklist as a live audit.

Make the next action reliable.

An enquiry form should collect the information needed for a first response. We plan its fields, validation, confirmation and notification route. Phone and email destinations are checked, and test submissions are labelled as tests.

Integrations such as payments, booking, account access or document uploads need their own scope. The proposal identifies access requirements, data handling and the systems involved. A website request is not automatically an approved booking or paid engagement.

Build and check the search foundations.

The main content is delivered in readable HTML, with descriptive page titles, internal links and a sitemap. Structured information describes the visible business and content. Changes to old page addresses are mapped before publication.

Search and AI-answer inclusion remain the platforms' decisions. We can implement and test the foundations, then review evidence as the website is used. The handover identifies the code, hosting arrangements, maintenance responsibilities and any ongoing support.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful
answers.

Can the site be built without WordPress?

Yes. This site uses a custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript presentation with a small server-side enquiry handler.

Will it work on mobile?

Responsive layouts and practical mobile tests are part of the build. The scope identifies any specialist device or browser requirements.

Can you promise a Google position?

No. We agree the work and report the results that can be measured. Rankings and AI citations cannot be guaranteed.

Bring the question.

Tell us what the business needs. We will work through the next step with you.
