Explain what has changed.
Your services may have grown, the audience may have moved, or the old identity may be difficult to use. Start with the reason for the change. We look at what people recognise today and the work the brand needs to do next.
A refresh can be a focused project: clearer typography, more useful logo variations and updated copy. A new name or a major repositioning brings wider decisions. We establish the extent of the work before developing concepts.
Take stock before changing anything.
Bring the website, social profiles, documents, uniforms, signage and packaging that carry the identity. We organise the touchpoints and identify what can stay, what needs revision and what depends on a supplier or account owner.
Existing recognition has value. We discuss the parts people associate with you and test how much visual change the new direction needs. Customer-facing information such as contact details, service names and working arrangements is reviewed alongside the artwork.
Plan a transition people can follow.
The rollout needs owners, dates and practical dependencies. A website launch, printed stock and vehicle graphics may not change on the same day. We help prepare a sequence and the explanation customers need when they see the new identity.
Changing a domain or page address requires a separate migration plan. Account permissions and any platform-specific business name rules also need attention. A new logo file alone will not update the places where the old brand still appears.
Agree the handover and follow-through.
The project can include updated guidelines, templates and a checklist for your team. Production costs, print quantities, account administration and ongoing content support are named separately so you know who is responsible for each task.
We review the completed applications against the agreed scope. After launch, record customer questions and any remaining inconsistency. Those observations help identify the next practical fixes without turning every small improvement into another full rebrand.
